PREPARE for Change

What comes to mind when you see the word change? Maybe words such as transition, replace, exchange or to give a different position come to mind. Change sometimes creates negative thoughts and feelings, however change can also bring beauty and the blessings you desire.

As we embrace changes that propel us forward, we must also prepare for change so that we can fully enjoy its rewards. You may be changing from a career you have felt stagnant in, to a new opportunity that you LOVE. You may be changing from a season of singleness into a season of marriage. Or changing from a  life centered on raising a family, into the freedom of personal time for yourself.

No matter the changes that you experience, there are side effects that change brings. Preparing for these side effects will help you to fully embrace and enjoy YOUR season of change. This month we will discuss three side effects that change produces:

-Changes in our Time (Availability)

-Changes in our Capacity (What we are equipped to handle)

-Changes in our Energy (Strength we have to carry out tasks)

Just as we change our wardrobe to boots, scarfs, and hats to embrace the chill and beauty of the fall season, let's prepare to transition WELL  into the new season God has for US.
